Stakeholder consultation is an essential part of the establishing new business in the target area. Therefore, the BRP team has conducted a community consultation session during the Feasibility study on the biosecurity facility integrated meat processing plant. The first consultation has been conducted amongst the Representatives of the Citizens Khural and the community. The consultation was involved around 42 local citizens (26 female - 62% and 16 male - 38%), including government officials, private sector representatives and herders. the community raised their voices on current livelihood of the soum, discussed how to improve their livelihood, and exchanged their view on climate change impacts, livestock and pasture management issues and opportunities.
